Do you do call outs?
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, for the safety of our engineers and our customers, we are not offering on-site appointments. Very often we can fix your computer issues remotely. If that can’t be done for any reason, we can arrange for it to be collected, fixed at our premises and returned to you at home.
Can you help me if my computer has been hacked?
Yes! Don’t worry – we’re experts. We’ll check your machine over and make sure everything’s ok. We can also talk to you about how to best protect yourself from cyberthreats with our online security product called Tech Guard.
How long will it take to repair?
We will get you up and running as quick as we can. In the workshop we will get your device fixed or diagnosed within 24 hours (subject to demand).
Are you able to recover my data?
Bring your computer into the workshop and our engineers should be able to retrieve it for you.
Can you fix my computer via remote access?
Most of our work is done remotely. We have customers all over the world, from Dubai to Australia, so your computer issues can be solved within the comfort of your own home or place of work.
