However calling Tech Angels is the first port of call for any issue and we can notify whether it is a troubleshooting or coaching query. These include issues such as: “My computer has frozen. We adopt a fair use policy of 30 minutes per month. Should you like to have additional time this can be provided with a higher band subscription.
